This truly is a lakefront home only 7 miles to downtown Denver. It has a private beach, hot tub, fire pit, small boats such as kayaks, canoe, and stand up paddle boards. See our Photos. This place is all things waterfront, lakefront, beachfront because that is what it is, in Denver!

The bnb is southerly facing. The amazing logistical benefit of this is that you get sunshine all day until the sun sets. You get a legit beach experience even in winter. The Colorado sun is renowned for its brightness.

We recently installed 2 minisplits kicking out 30,000 BTUs cooling and heating just for your comfort and control. These units are controlled by you, set it at 60 in the bedroom and 75 in living room if you would like, that’s how I like it.

We also recently installed a level 2 EV charger. It is a NEMA14-50 plug type. Feel free to charge up all free. 50 amps of pure juice.

Don’t risk staying at other properties with weird hosts (check out some of their reviews, super weird). I read a review of neighbor house where host barged in on guest because of garlic smell, apparently she hates smell of garlic. She did not wait for guest to open door. Maybe she’s a vampire who knows. I like garlic, just saying.

Aloha Beach Darwin winners: another odd trend is many of the other homes putting several tons of rocks on their beach. We are talking truck loads. I grew up on a beach and to me there’s nothing better than beautiful sand, which you will find here. Stay at one of those and you might be greeted by mounds of rocks just as you are about to hit the water, not a good move. We keep it real, enjoy!

We have total private space, separate private entrance, no one is in your face, enjoy your privacy on the lake. I travel a lot. I personally prefer privacy and not a whole lot of chit chat with bnb hosts. I read how some other hosts around here personally greet guests, yuck. Funny part is some of those hosts boast gargantuan egos and matching voices. Here, you can enjoy your vacay privately. We are time tested and proven and will remain #1.
